Pick whichever fits — or don’t, the form has an “Other” option. What matters is that your message is specific. Vague “let’s sync” emails get filed under “maybe later.”

Reach quality engineers, Lean Six Sigma practitioners, ops managers, and plant managers via sponsored content, newsletter mentions, or contextual placements. Send traffic numbers on request.

Partnerships

Tool integrations, guest articles by credentialed practitioners, co-created worked examples, or cross-linking with complementary platforms. Pitch the specific collaboration, not “a partnership.”

Acquisition inquiries

Open to serious conversations. Include who you are, what you operate, and a rough valuation framework. Tire-kickers, brokers on spec, and “what’s your price” one-liners will be politely ignored.

Feedback, bugs, & kind words

Found a tool that broke on a weird edge case? An article with a factual error? An RCA template you wish existed? Tell me. Specific feedback is how this site gets better. Vague feedback gets filed under “encouragement.”

Who actually reads these messages?

One person — the operator who builds the tools and writes the articles. There is no team, no VA, no outsourced reply desk. That’s both the charm and the bandwidth limit of this setup.

How fast will I get a reply?

Usually within 48 hours on weekdays. Acquisition and sponsorship inquiries get a same-day reply if they arrive with specifics (budget, timeline, deliverables). Vague pitches may take longer.

Do you accept guest posts or link exchanges?

Guest posts only from credentialed practitioners writing about something they’ve actually done — a real RCA, a real deployment, a real case study. Generic link-exchange spam is ignored and blocked.

Can I get a media kit or traffic stats?

Yes. Ask in the form and specify your use case (planning a sponsorship, doing due diligence, writing about us). You’ll get numbers matched to the seriousness of the request.

What languages can I write in?

English is the working language of this site and the inbox. Polish is fine too — that’s my first language — but replies to Polish messages will still be in English if the topic is business.

I have a security issue. Where do I report it?

Use the form, select “Bug Report” as the subject, and add “[SECURITY]” to the first line of your message. Those get prioritised. Please don’t publicly disclose before giving a chance to fix.
